Directions

From US 31 North or US 31 South:

Take I-96 East to Exit 4 (Fruitport/Airline Rd.). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right and stay in the right-hand lane. Within 1/10th of a mile, turn right onto W. Farr Road. Pathways to Health/Fruitport Chiropractic Center is located in the second building on the left-hand side (3427 W. Farr Rd.).

From Grand Rapids:

Take I-96 West to Exit 4 (Airline Rd.). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. At the first stop light (Airline Rd.), turn left.  Stay in the right-hand lane and turn right on W. Farr Rd. Pathways to Health/Fruitport Chiropractic Center is located in the second building on the left-hand side (3427 W. Farr Road).
